I'm pretty sure I was pregnant, I had a good day and then one day next negitive. Now I have my time, but it was too late. Be shortly after the birth of a child is very fertile. Is this the same thing to have an early miscarriage?

What my doctor told me that was my wife that it was better to wait after a miscarriage, for 3 cycles. But she was 3 months later. It took him soon after and now have 2 beautiful girls .. I want my doctor or call at least.
