Assuming that 18 inches is inches barrel/26 usually do not understand why it can not admit it. New York City Local rules, the state .. not so much.

I have to ask .. With so many civil and military aircraft in short order, why pay more for a new MCS, anyway?

Are 870 and 870 and is fairly easy, legal in most states create one as you like.

I do not know if the rules in Nassau, Suffolk or Westchester County, are different - but in upstate New York, you have a barrel thats 18 centimeters long, and I am sure that the total length of 26 inches ... . If you are the criteria of this weapon, you're good to go .....

When I make suggestions ---- Consider the Mossberg 590 shotgun, if you want a serious military grade ... Its what used by our armed forces ...

First, some states and cities will have higher standards. For example, I think it would not be able to buy in New York.

Secondly, by federal law, must be a gun barrel of 18 inches and 26 inches in length, otherwise you have to jump a lot of red tape and excessive costs thorugh.

There is a version of 18-inch version of the MCS will be able to achieve, but not the shorter "menu bar.

I do not know, but I live in California and bought the 870 Express, version 7 has has a wrinkle. I think it is so near of 870 MCS. the 870 can be modded to a spec-op rifle, always used to the house without protecting a barrel less than 18 "and not for hunting.

First, check your state laws.

Then only pay taxes NFA, etc., and you are ready to continue.
