Noises can be caused to the heart through many different issues, from mild to severe. Lexapro is usually no adverse effects on the heart, but can cause palpitations, chest pain and blood pressure. The reason you can not Lexapro for heart disease, because we do not systematically pectoris in patients with recent myocardial infarction or unstable angina assessed. Bottom line: I do not know how this will affect patients with heart problems, but his brother, should be closely monitored for unusual sensations or unusual heart rhythm / shock, pain or discomfort. Always consult your doctor informed.
