Right Tonsil is very swollen & has huge white spots..? - very hard to swallow tonsillitis

There has to amoxicillin (Doctors of the tonsils) are already at home, so I thought, theres no point waiting in the doctor's office for hours to get the same drug that we do here. Thus began yesterday, a very swollen right tonsil, covered with large white spots, too. The left side is perfectly fine. It is soo hard to swallow, and I feel terrible.
Is this angina? Should I consult a doctor, although amoxicillin here at home?
